For homeowners

Your home's file, kept in one private place.

Closing documents, warranties, insurance, receipts, and the deadlines that come with a house, filed once and kept current. Your agent set this up for you, and it is free for you to use.

What is inside

  • A private home file

Deed, survey, closing packet, policies, manuals, and receipts, filed once and searchable, in one place that is yours.

  • Reminders

The homestead filing, the insurance renewal, the warranty that ends next spring. You hear about them before they are due.

  • Records

Service visits, repairs, and serial numbers, logged as they happen, so the story of the home builds over time.

  • Clear next actions

The dashboard lists what needs attention, in order. Its score is a plain summary of what the file knows and what is overdue; a missing answer shows up as a question, never as a red mark.

Who can see your home file

  • Your assigned agent sees your home file and its score, for the homes assigned to them and no others. They can add a document or log a service record for you. They cannot delete a document; only you can.
  • Your brokerage's admin can see the homes in that brokerage, including yours.
  • Nobody else has a standing view of your file. The detailed access policy, including how KeptHaven support access works and what it is used for, is written out on the security page.
