Platform HQ opens on a Today page: what needs attention first, from past-due workspaces and unanswered leads to homeowner signups still waiting for a brokerage, each with a button to the exact list, plus how the week compares with the one before. Every number is an exact count, and free Starter workspaces are never counted as paying. The menu is grouped into Today, Growth, Customers and Health, with a count beside anything waiting. Leads, Signups, Brokerages, the pilot roster, Adoption and Performance each load one page of 25 at a time with search, and a report that cannot be read says so instead of showing zeros. The cost estimates on Performance are gone. A home its owner has released can no longer be assigned to a brokerage.

Signing in on the KeptHaven iPhone app or in Safari no longer flashes "That did not go through." The sign-in always worked, but for a moment the error screen covered the page, and it could reload the sign-in page before your home opened. The same fix covers entering your authenticator code, setting a new password, claiming an invite and finishing signup.

Sign-in and pages no longer stall. Your home page appears without waiting on the permit, weather and FEMA services; those cards fill in a moment later, and an active weather warning still shows on the Protection section right away. Signing in, entering your authenticator code, setting a new password and claiming an invite each open the next page in a single step, which also fixes an error screen some admins saw right after the authenticator step. My Homes lists only your own homes. An agent's client list shows its outline at once and loads every client in one pass, and a client's profile no longer waits on permit records or the service pro directory. If KeptHaven is updated while a page is open, the page reloads itself instead of showing an error.

The agent strip at the bottom of your portal now lays out for a phone: your agent's name and brokerage on one line, then Call, Text, Email and Market analysis as full-size buttons that share the width. Add another home from the property switcher or the home picker, and it lands with the same brokerage and agent as your first. Inside the iPhone app, a new account with no home yet can paste the link its agent sent and be set up with that agent. Agents' admin tabs fit on a phone screen.

Two fixes for the KeptHaven iPhone app, both on our side and live without an app update. The "Notifications on this device" section in Account settings no longer sits on "Checking…": the switch, the system permission prompt and the test button all work, and the portal offers notifications the first time you open it. The app no longer zooms when pinched or double-tapped, so the page stays put and every button stays on screen. The media tab bar wraps on narrow phones instead of running off the edge.

Maintenance reminders, alerts and notes from your agent can now arrive as notifications on the KeptHaven iPhone app. Account settings gains a "Notifications on this device" section with the switch and a test button, so you can see one arrive straight away. Apple Push Notification service joins the subprocessor list with 30 days' notice, effective 2026-10-14. Inside the app, the agent signup funnel and the pages that show seat prices now return you to your portal; seats are bought on kepthaven.com, never in the app.

The Terms, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and subprocessor list now describe what KeptHaven actually does: per-brokerage envelope encryption, staff and agent access logging, EXIF stripping on upload, the retention schedule the new nightly job enforces, the private-by-default vault sharing model, httpOnly sessions and platform-admin MFA. References to features that do not exist (a Better-Offer Filter, SMS opt-out, a Brokerage Services Agreement, a voice provider) are removed.

Brokerages and agents can shape their landing pages: four layouts, a background photo, six font pairings and editable copy, with a live preview that is the real page. Agents inherit the brokerage look and change only their words and portrait.

Production moved to KeptHaven's own Railway account. Deploys now happen on push to main.

Invite-only pilot mode with database-enforced caps, a waitlist, and an admin roster with a kill switch. Clickwrap consent is recorded before any account write, every email carries a one-click unsubscribe backed by a suppression list, photos moved to a private bucket with signed delivery, and every AI document read now waits for the homeowner to confirm before anything is filed.

Self-serve data export: a zip of every record and original file, delivered as a 24-hour link. Self-serve deletion for agents and brokerage admins, alongside the existing homeowner path.

Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy published with the entity details filled in. Automatic tax on checkout, behind a flag.

An uploaded invoice now lands as a dated service record with vendor and cost, in the Upkeep section as well as in Documents.

Recommended pros can be scoped to service areas (ZIPs, cities, counties), so an agent whose clients span two counties keeps two benches.

Stripe seat billing at $100 per agent per month. The webhook is idempotent and provisioning happens only after payment.

Flat-cost RLS policies and covering indexes on every foreign key. Performance advisor: 9 initplan warnings to 0, 33 unindexed foreign keys to 0.

One session verification per request instead of three. A homeowner with one home lands on it directly, and the concierge stopped passing id lists to five tables (it hit the 8KB query ceiling around 200 homes).

Agents get a public landing page and a personal claim code. Platform admins can provision a portal directly from a lead.
