Before you begin
This is the agreement between you and KeptHaven LLC for your place in the KeptHaven pilot. It is short on purpose.
Three things worth knowing up front:
The pilot seat is free. We will not charge you for it, and we will not ask for a card.
In return, we ask for honest feedback. Honest means what you really think, including what is not working. It does not mean positive.
We will not spring anything on you. Before the pilot seat ends, or before we ask you to pay for anything, you get at least 30 days' notice by email, with the price.
1. What this covers
1.1 The pilot is by invitation. Your invitation is a single-use code tied to the email address it was sent to. You may not pass it to anyone else.
1.2 This agreement adds to the KeptHaven Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, which all still apply to you. If this agreement conflicts with them about your pilot seat, this agreement controls for your pilot seat. On every other matter, they control.
2. Your pilot seat
2.1 Your seat gives you a KeptHaven workspace, your brokerage's branding on it, and the ability to set up client home files under your name, as the Service describes.
2.2 The seat is free for as long as the pilot lasts, and there is nothing to pay while it does. We do not collect payment details from pilot agents.
2.3 The pilot has limits. We cap how many agents take part and how many client home files the pilot as a whole can hold, and we may change those caps.
2.4 The Service may change during the pilot. Features may be added, changed, or removed, and the Service may occasionally be unavailable. Sections 13 and 14 of the Terms of Service (warranties and limitation of liability) apply to the pilot as they do to the rest of the Service.
3. What we ask of you
3.1 Use it for real. Try KeptHaven with real clients where you reasonably can.
3.2 Tell us what you think. Send feedback as you go, through the feedback form in your workspace or by email to support@kepthaven.com. We are most interested in:
(a) what you like, and what your clients say about it;
(b) what would make it better; and
(c) whether you would tell other agents about it, and who.
3.3 Reasonable participation. We may occasionally ask for a short call or a short survey. We ask for a good-faith effort, not a set amount of feedback or time.
3.4 Feedback does not have to be favorable. We do not ask you to say anything you do not believe, to post a review, or to recommend KeptHaven to anyone. Critical feedback is as useful to us as praise.
3.5 Keep clients' private details out of it. When you give feedback, do not include a client's name, address, documents, or other personal information. Describe what happened instead.
4. How we use your feedback
4.1 We may use your feedback, and any ideas or suggestions in it, to improve KeptHaven, without paying you and without any obligation to you. You keep ownership of what you write; you give us the right to use it for that purpose.
4.2 We will not publish your name, your brokerage, or your own words as a testimonial or endorsement without asking you first and getting your separate written permission.
5. Telling other agents
5.1 Telling other agents about KeptHaven is welcome and entirely optional.
5.2 Nothing is owed to you for introducing an agent, and nothing is owed to us. If we ever offer any reward for introductions, it will be in a separate written offer that you are free to decline.
6. When the pilot seat ends
6.1 The pilot seat lasts until the pilot ends or we end it under this Section or Section 7.
6.2 Before the pilot seat ends, or before we ask you to pay for anything, we will email you at least 30 days ahead. The email will tell you the price and what your options are.
6.3 You will not be charged unless you choose a paid plan and enter your own payment details. Doing nothing never results in a charge.
6.4 If you decide not to continue, your clients keep their homeowner accounts and their records, as Section 5 of the Terms of Service describes. We will tell you what happens to your workspace and how to export what you need before it changes.
7. Ending it sooner
7.1 You may stop at any time by closing your account in your account settings, or by emailing support@kepthaven.com.
7.2 We may pause the pilot as a whole at any time. If we do, nothing new can be created while it is paused, and your clients keep everything they have.
7.3 We may end or suspend your pilot seat without the 30 days' notice in Section 6 if you break the Acceptable Use Policy, if we reasonably believe your account is a security risk, or if you share your invitation code with someone else. Otherwise we will give the 30 days' notice.
8. Changes to this agreement
8.1 For any material change we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, with a summary of what changed. If you do not agree, you may stop taking part under Section 7.1.
9. General
9.1 Governing law, courts and disputes are as Sections 16 and 17 of the Terms of Service set out.
9.2 This agreement, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy are the entire agreement between us about your pilot seat.
9.3 Notices to us go to legal@kepthaven.com and KeptHaven LLC, Saint Augustine, FL 32080. Notices to you go to the email address on your account.
9.4 Questions come to support@kepthaven.com.
