Delete your account

You can delete your KeptHaven account at any time, from the app or the web. Deleting your account removes your sign-in and erases your name, email address, and phone number from our records.

In the app or on the web

Sign in and open Account settings (your avatar menu, or Settings inside your home portal).
Choose Delete my account and type DELETE to confirm.
Your sign-in is removed immediately and you are signed out.

By email

Can't sign in? Email support@kepthaven.com from the address on your account and we'll process the deletion for you.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleted: your sign-in credentials, name, email, phone number, and the photos you personally uploaded. Kept: property records created for the home by your real-estate brokerage (harvested documents, maintenance history, home facts). Those belong to the property file the brokerage maintains and are no longer linked to you. See our privacy policy for details.
